[0.7.0] — Field Notes Update

Added

Photo metadata ("EXIF")

• Every photo now records where and when it was taken — the biome, the in-game day and clock time, and the block coordinates of the photographer — stamped at the moment of capture (for both hand-held and tripod shots).
• A photo's tooltip now shows that metadata under its date: biome name, X / Y / Z, and Day N · HH:mm.
• Edited copies made in the computer's Editor carry the original capture metadata forward.
• Photos taken before this update simply show no metadata (nothing breaks).

Photography advancements

• A new "Photography" advancement tab, unlocked by taking your first photo:
  • First Photo — take a photograph with any camera.
  • Golden Hour — take a photo at dawn or dusk.
  • Say Cheese! — photograph a hostile mob mid-attack.
  • Field Researcher — catalogue 25 creatures in your Journey Guide.

Capture polish

• A small sparkle at the lens when a photo lands (when it's saved or a film shot finishes developing), with a faint blink for delayed film develops.

Journey Guide

• A search bar above the creature list — click it and type to filter the catalogue by name.

Server config

• New fotogenic-common.toml options for server owners: the capture range (how close a creature must be to be catalogued), the XP rewards for new creatures / baby variants / trade milestones, and the Photo Hut spawn weight in plains villages (0 disables it).

Sell photos for value

• Right-click the Camera Technician with a photo in hand to sell it for XP and iron salvage. The payout scales with the photographed creature's rarity (passive < hostile < boss/rare) and gets a bonus if you've already catalogued it — a money loop that rewards shooting even after the dex is full.
• Photos now quietly record the main creature in frame at capture, which drives the scoring.

More technician trades

• The technician now also sells lenses (Prime, Zoom, Macro, Fisheye, Super-Zoom), unlocked at higher Journey Guide discovery counts (30 / 40 / 55 / 65 / 85) and priced in glass + salvage.

Photo of record

• Photographing a creature you've catalogued now files that shot as its "photo of record" — your Journey Guide entry shows your own best photo of the creature in place of the generic model, turning the dex into a personal portfolio. The latest shot of each creature wins.

Completion reward

• Cataloguing every creature awards the Master Photographer Trophy, a one-of-a-kind keepsake item (with a placeholder texture for now).

Enlarger

• The Enlarger now has a Save button (and Ctrl+S) that saves the framed crop — including the chosen aspect ratio — back onto the card as a new photo, like the Editor's Save As, instead of only printing it. The crop is non-destructive, so the original photo is untouched.

Photo Album

• A craftable Photo Album (book + leather + photo paper) that stores up to 128 photos so loose prints stop cluttering chests. Right-click to open a leather two-page spread showing two photos at a time, each in a white mat with a drop shadow and translucent tape across its corners.
• Collect loose photos vacuums every photo from your inventory into the album; shift-click a photo to peel it back out as an item. Flip pages with the ← → glyphs or the arrow/strafe keys.

Camera battery & recharge station

• The Digital Camera now runs on a battery — 50 shots before it goes flat and refuses to capture. A second bar on the camera item (just above the blue SD-card bar) shows the charge, running red → green and hiding when full.
• The Camera Recharge Station now opens a simple one-slot dock: drop a digital camera in and it trickle-charges 1 shot every 3 seconds up to full, showing a live battery readout. (Still the Camera Technician's job site too.)

Fixed

• The Polaroid Camera now confirms its flash toggle on the action bar ("Flash: On" / "Flash: Off") — it has no viewfinder indicator like the digital camera, so the toggle was previously silent.
• Removed a duplicate Tripod information page in JEI (the tripod showed two identical info entries).
