Forsaken Corpses: 1.21.1 Port

Ported Forsaken Corpses to Minecraft 1.21.1.

Changes:

• Updated the mod to Minecraft 1.21.1
• Updated Fabric/Fabric API compatibility
• Updated Java target to 21
• Fixed registry/API changes required for Minecraft 1.21.1
• Tested in-game with the corpse blocks using /give commands
