Adds a randomly generated underground dungeon structure.

- 2 dead-ends
- 2 stairs
- 1 stair dead-end
- Rebalanced and touched-up many old rooms
- Removed the blocks of raw iron and some of the coal from the resource room.
- Removed a lot of entities for lag reasons
- Cleaned up tacky redstone "blood" from the prison room
- Prison room has some new, much more friendly spikes in places instead. Possibly a spawner too :)
- Added pots in a few places. May add trial chamber pot loot tables if this ever updates to 1.21 in the future
- Lots of small details and tweaks
- Lots of changes to weighting of rooms
- Less of the good loot, hopefully
- Changes to generation JSON
- Structure should no longer stick out above ground when generating in a mountain.
- Structure can no longer generate over oceans. This will hopefully reduce the flooding a little
- Structure should generally be covered smoothly without large sections jutting out in caves
- Adjusted some file names
