Rework to the Armor Abilities system for optimization

• Now instead of trying to check each reforge's ability, it now only runs the equipped reforge. On inventory changed, it will first check the original list of abilities, then removes them. After that, it will get and store the head, chest, legs and feet equipment ability name and count correspondingly. Lastly, apply and runs all available abilities. Since it addes a new item data, the original method will now be deprecated, and will only activate if all of your equipped armor doesn't have the new data.
• Bonus new reforge: Vanguarding (Armor): Gain +1 Resistance Effect, but reduce 30% of TOTAL armor & armor toughness. Unlockes at lvl 18.
