Added the new Flower Idol item and Sakura Shards.
The Bloomed effect has been reworked to prevent all forms of regeneration, and the Bleeding effect now applies scaling melee damage taken over the period the effect is active and resets upon being hit.
Finally, I fixed Modrinth and Dedicated server compatibility.
