Fixed bug causing player to fall through moving structures when reloading the world

Added DebugFloatater as a separate block (no recipe or loot table) that highlights blocks found during DFS scan and adds wireframes around entire structure and leading-edge collision blocks

Added structure control block entities that spawn on regular floaters in place of levers, pressure plates, and buttons to add another method for stopping structures midair
