Port to MC 26.1.x with H8 + H9

Brings the post-export overlay (H8) and fragmented MP4 (H9) introduced in 0.3.5 to the 26.1.x branch.

What's new vs 0.2.1+26.1

• H8 — Animated Saving overlay: full-screen "Finalizing export / Saving... / Xs" with animated dots during the post-export finalize phase (FFmpeg queue drain + trailer write + file move). Replaces the previously frozen-looking window. Uses 26.1's new extractRenderState(GuiGraphicsExtractor, ...) Screen API.
• H9 — Fragmented MP4 on hardware encoders: adds movflags=+frag_keyframe+empty_moov to FFmpeg recorder when using videotoolbox / nvenc / qsv / amf. Post-export finalize is ~10× faster on large MP4 files. ~1-3% larger file. Compatible with VLC, IINA, Premiere, DaVinci, Discord, YouTube, browsers.

• H3 zlib level 1 default
• H4 silent 4K downscale cap removed
• H6 FFmpeg threading tunes per encoder
• H7 PNG color type 2 when transparency off
