Specified players are immune to fire damage and instead take damage from water. Just like other fire-based entities!

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed rain damage affecting players through transparent, motion-blocking blocks such as glass.
- Fixed an issue where players could take damage from adjacent water blocks when standing on Farmland, Soul Sand, or Mud.
