Fix Boat Break

Stops boats from randomly breaking after landing.

To quote the mod Boat Break Fix on Curseforge:

A simple mod that fixes a bug where boats falling from a distance of f(n) = (25n^2 ± n)/2 would randomly break and possibly kill the player.
