Updated to Hex Casting 1.21.1 test build 20
Some misc lang changes I forget about but nothing meaningful, most features I want area in, unless I think of something else that could be fun.
I also made some changes to how I register Items in the hopes of fixing the fabric build (in vain hope). Did not work and the fabric build is just gambling whether the it works or not. I have no idea how or why.
