• Added a 4-second teleport countdown for /spawn, /medical, /warp <name>, and /rtp.
• Teleports now cancel if the player moves during the countdown.
• Added destination safety checks before teleporting to warps, spawn, and RTP locations.
• RTP now searches for a safe random surface location.
• Added colored teleport confirmation messages and arrival particles.
• First-join teleport remains instant so new players are not left in the wrong world.
