Fire Fits for Fire Cats - Cobblemon Costume Pack for Incineroar

Updated the pack to work with the 1.7 cosmetic system. The following outfits have new items assigned:

minecraft:black_dye -> Royal Mask Incineroar minecraft:gold_nugget -> Champion Incineroar minecraft:scaffolding -> Tekken Incineroar

NOTE: Some of the outfits have conflicts with the new emissive texture for Incineroar. I'm still trying to figure it out, but I have not made any headway yet. If anyone knows what's causing the issue, I'll be forever grateful.
