Enderchest turtle + Chatbox update!

Chatbox now behaves as AP's chatbox, the old functions have been moved to tellraw and tellrawToPlayer

Enderchest turtle gives turtle access to your enderchest, basically gives it another inventory! (the peripheral item is just a enderchest)

NOTE: this update has NOT been tested with 1.116.1 OR on a Server, should work on both, but not guaranteed, I will update eventually to 1.116.1 since I haven't done much stuff that cc changed.
