Allows users to place mods within subfolders. Supports disabling folders as well as other unique options.

- Fabric mods in subfolders are now relayed to Sinytra Connector even when its classes are not
visible to this mod's SERVICE-layer class loader. The reflective presence check could report
Connector as absent despite its jar being installed, leaving
connector.additionalModLocationsunset. Setting the property is harmless when Connector is not installed. - Backend fixes for issues with integrated library mods.
