Randomizer

Changes:

• Config screen completely redesigned
• Settings now apply immediately without fully reloading resources (i.e. only changed domains are re-randomized and reloaded)
• New config options: same-size only for atlas sprites and mix short & long sounds
• Atlas texture randomizer rewritten
• Translation randomizer reworked

Internal/developer changes:

• Block model randomizer simplified
• All randomizers now support rehashing
• Some fixes and cleanup
