🆕 New Items: 🛡️ Rune of Restoration - Restores broken item to full durability

• Plays totem sound + redstone particles
• Does not work on cursed items or Catapulting elytras
• Found in End cities (2%) and stronghold libraries (1%)

🆕 New Enchantments: ⛏️ Excavation - Breaks a line of blocks of equal hardness

• Max level: III (1-3 extra blocks)
• Works on pickaxes and shovels
• Incompatible with Silk Touch and Fortune

🪶 Catapulting - Launches player upward when elytra break

• Gives Slow Falling (8 sec)
• Elytra are destroyed after activation
• Incompatible with Unbreaking

🛠️ Other:

• Added /batch command (execute multiple commands at once)
