• Added the feather boop mechanic
• Right-click living entities with a feather to launch them into the air
• Added stronger MEGA-BOOP when sneaking
• Added launch particles, sparkle effects, and firework-style sounds
• Added landing confetti effects after booped entities come back down
• Added nearby player boop announcements
• Added cooldowns to keep repeated boops under control
• Feathers are consumed when used in survival mode
