- Added a new command, /lockout join, to quickly join the lockout game with a default color.
- Player additions, goal changes, and mode changes now broadcast to all players on the server.
- Added new mode, Mixed, that lets you get goals from any of the modes.
- Fixed icons for all advancments to display properly when earned.
- Fixed advancements from being awarded early.
