Created initial version. To play, use the command
/lockout start <goal> <p1> <p2>
with the goal being the number of deaths to reach, p1 being Player 1's name, and p2 being Player 2's name. You can do
/lockout reset
at any time to reset and end the current game.
Required on both client and server.
