Changes:

• Overhauled the mechanics for Dust Projectiles and rebalanced them

• Huge clouds of dust can now be thrown in an area to affect multiple mobs in a group, with a drawback of using up large amount of dust at a time

• Dust now has a decreased base velocity

• Dust has a significantly decreased velocity in precipitating weather (snow/rain), has a much shorter duration, and cannot create large dust clouds

• Dust now has a cooldown of 30 ticks between uses

• Dust now has an updated item texture

• Dust now has improved visual and auditory effects when being used as a projectile

• Dust projectiles have no effect on Chinchillas

• Added compatibility for various entities with Identity mod

• Added compatibility for Bug Net with Mystic's Biomes and Atmospheric

• Fixed Beeflies crawling on the ground when pathfinding to a flower
