Faster Ladder Climbing 1.1.0

Adds a real config menu, client commands, three activation modes, and server-side control over climbing limits.

Config screen: mod list Config button, or /fasterladderclimbing (/flc)
Three activation modes: hold jump, look-only, or legacy
"Sneak stops descent" toggle
Servers can now cap or disable faster climbing for everyone
Translated into 10 languages

HEADS UP

Settings reset: config moved to config/fasterladderclimbing/client.json (the old .properties / .toml files are no longer read)
Fabric now requires Fabric API
On servers without the mod, climbing stays vanilla
Mod Menu is optional, not required
