Fast Barter is a lightweight Minecraft datapack that makes piglin bartering instant.

Fast Barter removes the waiting time from piglin bartering, allowing trades to happen instantly after a piglin receives gold. It keeps the vanilla bartering system intact while making large-scale trading faster, cleaner, and less frustrating.

Whether you are speedrunning, farming resources, or improving a survival server, Fast Barter gives piglin trading a sharper pace without changing the core Minecraft experience.

Installation

• Download the latest version of Fast Barter.
• Place the datapack inside your world’s datapacks folder.
• Open the world and run /reload.
• Use /datapack list to confirm it is enabled.

After installation, piglin bartering will work instantly. No setup command is required.

Instant Piglin Bartering

Piglins no longer hold onto gold before giving loot. With Fast Barter, trades resolve instantly, making bartering farms significantly faster and more responsive.

Uninstalling

To safely remove Fast Barter, run:

/function fast_barter:cmd/uninstall

Then remove the datapack from your world’s datapacks folder.
