Fast and Better Vanilla

This modpack had following changes:

1. removed NoChatReport

• It was unnessesary

2. added new ressource packs

• for a better ingame experience
• lower fire and shiel
• optional ressouce pack for the looks

3. added a few new mods

• chat is now much cleaner

---

4. new settings

• i also did some work in the settings, that when you start it the first time. You dont get "bombed" with the default stuff. So i did some basic changes for a better first experience
