• Added Farmer's Delight compat
• Oak Saplings grown in Swamps now place Swamp Trees instead of regular Oak Trees
• Leaf Decay now works a lot faster and more consistent
• Replaced some config options:

• allowAlternateHoeUse => allowAlternateHarvest
• tieredAlternateHoeUse => rangedAlternateHarvest
• allowGrassReplenishment => allowReplenishment

• Removed allows_alternate_hoe_use tag
• Removed config option harvestableBlocks
