Warning: Items enchanted in previous versions of the plugin won't work. Config.yml has to be regenerated so its adviced to remove it
- Changed how OPs permissions work.
- Added option to disable rewards.
- Fixed bug regarding plugin's enchantments overriding themselves.
- Fixed bug of costs.
