New Damage System - Rain & Drown Hydrophobic Trinkets now Increase "RAIN", when RAIN reaches 100, it goes to 0, and DROWN goes to 1, When DROWN is 1 or more (max of 5) you take damage when in contact with water, Rain or smth of the sort, Each "stack" of RAIN deals 1 heart of damage DROWN Decreases over time, Hopping out of the water for a second does not Decrease DROWN instantly.
