Fixes issues #37, #38, and #39 on Github.
Laid ground work to add in functionality for each set of accessories. Soul of Flight was first and got elytra functionality and textures added courtesy of Potatoman999. Added Caelus-API as a dependancy to support functional Elytras.
Up next is Soul of Colossus's accessories which will be a fun addition to the mod. It will expand out slightly on the functionality of the SoC. Potentially will allow more player specific control over what the SoC does.
