General Additions:

• Town system: A city management system has been added, allowing players to create their own towns with a custom name, description, and a unique icon (PNG, max 32×32 px). Players who are not yet part of any town will see a dedicated Towns tab in the social menu, where they can found their own settlement. Town owners can manage their settlement, invite other players to join, and earn rating stars based on their town's activity and growth. Each town displays a nameplate visible to other players when entering its territory. The system is designed to support future features such as town-based interactions, rankings, and expanded governance tools. !Town tab
