Inital Release of Faithful Mace - Loot Table Add-On

Added Loot Tables for Ancient City Chests to the following.
- Mace (~15% chance) / Enchanted Mace (~5% chance)
- Wind Charges (~80% chance)
Since we're in 1.20.1 and we lack Trial Chambers, I picked Ancient Cities as the location as it is the closest thing to obtain a Mace or the Wind Charges.
