Fair Trade mod adds currencies and other trade utilities, which would be useful for Multiplayer.

- Added Vending Machine - A block that lets you sell items. (Password protected)
- Currency Printer recipes now show up in Just Enough Items (JEI) recipes
- Currency Printer recipes are no longer hard-coded (they have been jsonfied)
- Player advancements checker will now run 4 times per second instead of 20 times boosting performance.
