Fair Experience Costs
A Minecraft mod that converts flat XP level costs to fair raw XP costs for Enchanting Tables, Anvils, and other level deductions.

Changes:
The mod is now an FML coremod (FairExperienceCoremod, declared via the FMLCorePlugin manifest attribute) that also implements IEarlyMixinLoader, so MixinBooter registers mixins.fairexperience.json in the early phase — before EntityPlayer/ContainerEnchantment load. This makes fair raw-XP enchanting/anvil costs work identically in singleplayer and on dedicated servers.
Removed the now-redundant FairExperienceMixinLoader.
MixinConfigs manifest attribute stays removed (it caused DuplicateModsFoundException on servers via MixinBooter's classloader pre-add).
Verified on a dedicated 1.12.2 server: Adding [mixins.fairexperience.json] mixin configuration appears at boot and the server runs clean.
