A mod that adds the ability to create Factions just like classic factions servers. Claim chunks, go to war, compete for territory.

- added /f access command that allows you to grant specific access (break, place, interact, container) to players or factions for a specific time period. Also has the ability to list what access you have granted in case you forgot.
- added /f power command which is identical to /f who
- added a cooldown to joining a faction after leaving a faction to prevent players from leaving factions just before dying
- added configurable time maximums to /f access commands
- added the ability to view another faction's enemies and allies list
- fixed players in a downed state from PVP counting as a PVE death for power loss purposes
- added a PVP tagged setting that flags players as "in PVP" for 2.5 minutes after getting hit by another player to make sure PVP deaths are correctly counted. This time frame is configurable.
