Factions Proper
A mod that adds the ability to create Factions just like classic factions servers. Claim chunks, go to war, compete for territory.

Fixed an issue that forced clients to have the mod. Now, it is optional on the client if the server has the mod.
Without the client version, the mod is totally functional except for the ability to show chunk borders even when gamerule reducedDebugInfo is true.
