Version 3.1

Added new "Dissapear Animations". Now Face Entities can play three new small animations before dissapear (VANISH, MOCKING SHAKE & SCREAMER LUNGE).
Added new "Dissapear Animations" and "Sound Interval" Configs. Now you can enable/dissable "Dissapear Animations" and modify the intervals between Ambient Sounds.
Increased config interval limits. The interval limits have been increased so you can configure the spawn times and make them extremely rare.
Reorganized Server Config Screen. The Server Config Screen has been reorganized to make it more friendly.
Adds config-description lookup. Now every button/field in the Server Config Screen has a description of what they change.
Improved Retry System and placements for Faces Spawn. Spawn times are now more reliable.
