New Features

Player Mentioning from Discord

• You can now mention players in the Minecraft server directly from Discord using @<MCID> or @<UUID>.
• This feature allows you to notify players in-game by mentioning them directly from Discord messages.

Player List Command

• Added a new /playerlist command to the Discord bot, which provides a list of online players on the Minecraft server.
• This command helps to quickly see who is currently online without needing to log into the server.
