BUG FIXES:

-Adjusted the procedure for all beasts so that block light is taken into account when spawning correctly, this should fix an issue some people have been having where the mobs can spawn inside lit places

-Fixed a bug where the Bogged bone stalker was missing it's spawning procedure, allowing it to spawn even when disabled in the config

TECHNICAL CHANGES:

-The yeti is now included in the "powdered_snow_walkable" tag, so that it can walk on top of the powdered snow
