Server-Side Support Update

Features:

• Universal Jar: Now works on both Client and Server.
• Server Warning: If installed on a server, it will detect players who join without the mod and send them a chat message prompting them to install it.
• Safe: Split client/server code to prevent server crashes.

Note: The server-side check is optional. Players can still join without the mod, but they will be nagged to install it.
