F1 Zoom

Fixed the language file, making the controls settings no longer just the in-code names.

Added scroll to adjust zoom level. This is exponential, meaning lower zoom will be adjusted less per scroll, and higher zoom will be adjusted more per scroll. The zoom resets upon release.

Added an MIT license, instead of all rights reserved. Feel free to message me if you need anything that that license doesn't provide.

I've now marked this mod as having support for ALL versions. This is because it will, most likely, work in older versions, being so simple. ALL VERSIONS BELOW 1.21.1 ARE UNSUPORTED, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
