- Added 3 new weapons.
- Deeper And Darker: Sculk osseous tools and weapons have been added.
- Ad Astra: Sins can live on another planets. Human blood can be obtained from the lunarians and pigro.
- Unusual Prehistory: Some dinosaurs now drop special blood.
- Guard Villagers: Guards now drop human blood.
- Create: New methods of blood crafting have been added.
- Biomes O' Plenty: Blood from the Visceral Pile can be converted into blood from Sons of Sins. Compatible with Create.
