Create: Extra Gauges

Features

• Added string connection to all panels (any panel can point to a string gauge)

BugFix

• Display collector - tunnels
• Logic gauge don't send redstone input to Factory Gauges
• Fixed ponder saying redstone links only allow on/of when they allow any int 0-15
• Counter panel will now display "N/No Limit" on a display link when the threshold is not configured. It will also not reset to 0
