Technical changes

• Updated some gauges textures (minimal change)
• Added hover rendering hint/information on comparator/counter gauge
• Reworked display link informations

Issues Fixed

• Comparator gauge comparison value flips every time u click on it
• Use Components for gauge display links instead of IntAttached
• Wrong ponder sum (7 + 15 = 22, not 21)
• ScrollOption behaviour uses logic gate translation key even though it should be customizable
