Extra Eeveelutions [Cobblemon]

• Added ANOTHER New Aereon Evolution Method since the last one broke.

Right Click Eevee with an Air Balloon

• Added TM Moves to all Eeveelutions, complete learnsets can (finally) be found in the Discord!

• Changed Spectreon and Aereon's internal names in the files to "AereonEE" and "SpectreonEE", This should fix the Gravelmon Incompatibility issues.!
• Merged Resource Pack and Datapack Files, It is now no longer confusing as to why these guys are substitutes.. please stop asking....
