This datapack makes coal ore (including deepslate variant) drop 1-3 coal when mined.

In this case go to: Extra Coal Ore Drop/data/minecraft/loot_tables/blocks/

Open the .json files and look for:

"min": 1.0

"max": 3.0

Change it to desired and save.
