feat(blocks): Add colored variants for Extended Note Block

Introduces a new block state property, pitch, to the Extended Note Block. This allows the block to display unique textures based on its configured note (C, C#, D, etc.) and its redstone power state. The colored variants provide immediate visual feedback on the block's configuration without needing to open the GUI.

This feature significantly enhances usability by making the block's settings instantly visible in the world.

Note: Blocks placed in versions prior to this update will retain their default appearance. To update their visual state to the correct color, they must be reactivated (e.g., by a redstone signal) or reconfigured through the GUI.
