Full rewrite of explosion event handling.

Added support for ALL major explosion types:

Creeper

TNT

TNT Minecart

End Crystal

Bed (Nether/End)

Respawn Anchor

Wither explosion

Wither skull projectile

Fireball / Ghast fireball

Block-based explosions (e.g., Anvil)

Added BlockDamage and PlayerDamage toggles for each explosion type individually.

Added compatibility fixes for Paper 1.21.x explosion API.

Improved internal configuration storage (YAML auto-save).

Major fix: explosions should now still visually explode, but respect disabled block/player damage reliably on all types.

Added improved command system with argument validation.

Added /exco info
