Explorer's Compass: Improved Search Backport

This is a specific addon for Explorer's Compass on Minecraft 1.20.1 (Fabric).

It backports the Improved Search Logic from newer versions (1.21+), fixing the issue where the compass would repeatedly find the structure the player is currently inside.

Features

• Next-Closest Search: Automatically skips the structure you are currently standing in when searching for the same structure type again.

Requirements

• Minecraft: 1.20.1
• Fabric Loader: Latest
• Fabric API: Latest
• Explorer's Compass: 1.20.1-2.2.3-fabric (or compatible)

How to Use

For Players

Simply install this mod alongside the original Explorer's Compass mod.

Building from Source

1. Clone this repository.
2. Run the build command:

   ./gradlew build
   

3. The compiled jar will be in build/libs.
