Expert Enchantments

Shield Relics

• 5 new enchantments that can be applied to shields, 4 of which being relics. Relics are activated when hit at low health, and have a 5 second cooldown. Only 1 relic can be added to a shield at a time.
• Non-relic shield enchantment "Rampart" passively increases armor points when held in the offhand.

Balance

• Immolation and Permafrost now do +1 damage at level 1, and +0.5 extra for each level above 1 (nerfed from +1 per level)

• Pulsation increases knockback by 0.35 at level 1, and an extra 0.25 per level above 1 (nerfed from +1 per level)

• Maelstrom no longer does extra damage when activated, but now has a passive attack speed bonus

• Immolation, Permafrost, and Maelstrom now require 20 stacks for their abilities instead of 10
