Experience Bottler

Add a block that can be used to bottle any quantity of experience points. The bottled experience points can be drunk like a potion, giving the experience points to user.

There is a bug in this version that causes the server to crash. Please use 1.19+build.1 if you plan to use it on the server. It is not a problem if you only use it on the client.
