Everything Pickaxe

Removed:

The Everything Axe, this mod ain't big enough for two everything tools.

Added:

• Players can now tip the everything pickaxe with lingering potions, by right clicking the potion on the everything pickaxe.

• Players with experience levels from 30 up will gain determination, allowing breaking any block even by hand. Don't die.

Changes:

The Everything Pickaxe damage is now buffed, and allows weapon enchantments, such as sharpness. Its mining speed is now proportional to the square root of the block break time instead of constant (minimum speed is 1),

The hand swing duration configuration now scales the current duration instead of overriding it, allowing faster animation on haste or slower on mining fatigue.
