Everything Manhunt
This fabric mod adds everything you would need for a manhunt, with twists that will make it more exciting! And of course, the classical compass tracker.

- Added Time Stop Twist
- Added Weather Controller Twist (natural disasters)
- Nerfed OP loot table to remove more than max lvl enchantments
- Balanced Drop rates accordingly
- Both new twists only affect hunters and can only be used by runners
- Added new commands for the twist: /twist timestop and /twist weather
- Patched a few bugs relating to the phase twist
- Optimized code to reduce file size
